APPLICATIONS NOW OPEN FOR THE BUNDABERG REGIONAL ART GALLERY 2011 EXHIBITION PROGRAM

GALLERY TWO

Exhibition Applications are open for the 2011 Bundaberg Regional Art Gallery for Gallery Two. Applications close on the 31^st August 2010 and must be post marked on or before the 31^st August.

Gallery Two has approximately 25 linear metres of display space and may spill over into the Stairwell display area (where artworks can be hung without use of ladders). Gallery Two exhibits works by emerging and established artists and artist groups, community arts and cultural groups and local artists and artist groups. The space also exhibitions non-arts community-based exhibitions, promoting partnerships with local and regional community groups and organisations.

Individual artists and community groups may apply to exhibit in this space by the appropriate procedures outlined in the Exhibition Handbook that can be viewed here.

When preparing your exhibition proposal, the exhibitions must have a clear curatorial concept. Preference will be given to exhibitions that contain themes that can be developed into associated Public Programs.

Applicants are encouraged to speak to the Gallery’s Exhibitions Officer, prior to submitting an application.

Selling Works in the Gallery Gift Shop

If you are an artist living within the Bundaberg Council Region and you would like to apply to sell your work in the Gallery Gift Shop, you can complete the Gallery Gift Shop Application Form here.
